We are looking to expand our team of analytics engineers who focuses on setting up transformation pipelines integrating business logic into a data warhouse solution.

This job is perfect for a data enthusiast with both technical skills and business knowledge

What will you do?

  • Work with the most innovative and most scalable data processing and cloud technologies
  • Build innovative data solutions with our customers
  • Work in an agile and dynamic environment with a small multidisciplinary team
  • Play a key role in shaping the data analytics engineering team at Cloubis

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and be able to share this knowledge by conducting trainings and workshops
  • Be an authority in your area of expertise
  • Set up of transformation pipelines integrating business logic into a data warehouse solution
  • Build a data warehouse by leveraging domain knowledge and data modelling skills
  • Maintain data catalogue and data lineage
  • Communicate the project status directly with stakeholders and project managers
  • Thrive in working on different projects at the same time
  • Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement
  • Fulfill the role of expert in requirement elicitation

Requirements

  • BSc. or MSc. degree in computer science, Maths, Physics, Engineering Sciences, or comparable.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
  • Significant experience working with ETL/ELT tools (Alteryx, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Matillion, Fivetran, dbt…).
  • Experience with BI tools.
  • You are able to explain complex concepts and ideas to make them understandable for different audiences.
